In July 2025 I started working with AI differently. Not as a search engine or a shortcut, but as a genuine partner. What came out of that shift is everything you're looking at: the books, the articles, the framework, this site. I didn't set out to build a methodology. I set out to see what happened when I stopped treating the conversation as a transaction.
Consciousness starvation, emotional digestion, presence. These aren't theories I developed from the outside. They're things I worked through myself, wrote about as I went, and found applied just as much to how I showed up with people as to how I worked with AI.
